Morgan Elise Bailie graduated with a B.F.A. in Costume Design from Boston University’s School of Theatre in 2026. Her previous work experience includes positions with the Santa Fe Opera, Lyric Stage Boston, and Trollwood Performing Arts School.

Morgan became interested in costume design after combining a lifelong interest in fashion and visual storytelling. She loves designing for new works and old texts, and finds the magic in bringing stories to the stage. Considering her flexibility and collaborative skills as her superpowers, Morgan is always eager to meet new teams. She has a designer's eye with an additional background in Costume Administration, Paint & Dye, & Wardrobe. Some of Morgan's biggest inspirations are David Lynch, Nina Simone, and Giulietta Masina.

She is looking to relocate to NYC or beyond. Recently based in Boston, Minneapolis, & Santa Fe.
